Designed to fill automatically fruit into bags.
When mounted on the outlet of a grader, the grader will measure the weight of the fruit. The computer will determine the optimal combinations of the weight in order to achieve the most accurate filling weight of the bag. The system can also be used to put a user defined amount of apples in the bag.
Bags are automatically opened by air so that the apples can easily and gently drop into the bag. As soon as the bag is filled, the grading will automatically use other exits (with or without bag filling stations), slow down or stop the machine depending on the software settings created by the customer. After filling the bag it has to be removed by hand and the next bag will automatically be opened.
These baggers can be ordered with new graders or added to existing machines.
