We began designing and manufacturing our bespoke table top strawberry sprayers when a grower came to us looking for advice on improving his sprayer as his control of disease was not effective.
We determined that air assistance was needed to penetrate the plants and get a better spray cover.
However, as there was nothing on the market at the time that would spray all five rows in a tunnel with air assistance, we built a table top strawberry sprayer that straddled the centre row and was capable of being run with a 30 Hp tractor.
Other growers heard about this bespoke-made sprayer and wanted something which would fit within their system.
We now manufacture table top strawberry sprayers for growers all over the UK, from Kent to Scotland.
Growers can choose from 400 litre to 2000 litre tanks to fit as many rows and spacing as needed.
Our most popular table top strawberry sprayer model is trailed with a 1000 or 1500 litre stainless tank and tandem axle to give boom stability.
Due to the newer varieties of strawberry, which grow berries down the sides of the tables, we also developed a drop tube with multiple air assisted nozzles to get a good cover on these berries.
Our table top strawberry sprayers have as standard an air assisted double nozzle assembly over each row and 2 under canons to create air turbulence below the tables.
